Commented Unassigned: Email functionality doesn't check for valid email address [2]

We just did an import and checked the Email Users checkbox. There were some users that didn't have email addresses and we got a bunch of exceptions due to blank email addresses. The SendEmail function should at least verify the email address isn't blank and possibly check it against a basic regex prior to trying to send.
